This training provides in deeply focus on basic set of Asanas (physical postures), preliminary practices of Pranayamas (a systematic process of breathing tech), mudras & bandhas (muscular locks & gestures), preliminary yoga-nidra and meditation etc, basic practices as well as introductory theories of physiological-scientific applications of techniques which gives you better understanding and proper knowledge towards your teaching as well as self-purification and over all personality development.
