The One-Year Rescheduling Window

We understand that profound, unforeseen life events (such as medical emergencies or sudden travel restrictions) can disrupt the best-laid plans. While we cannot refund your fee, your investment is safe with us. We offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule your booking to any available course date within 12 months of your original start date. To utilize this window, you must inform our management team in writing (via email) at least 30 days prior to your initial course commencement.

Cancellations by Nirvikalp Yoga Academy

In the highly unlikely event that Nirvikalp Yoga Academy must cancel a Teacher Training course or Retreat due to unforeseen natural disasters, sudden government lockdowns, or internal operational emergencies, students will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid to the academy. However, the academy will not be held liable for associated travel expenses such as flight tickets or visa fees.

Early Departures

If a student decides to leave the training prematurely for personal reasons, dissatisfaction, or a minor health issue, no partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days of accommodation, meals, or tuition.
