1. Enrollment and Booking Fees

To secure your spot in any Yoga Teacher Training Course or Retreat, an advance booking fee is required. This booking fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as it holds your space and supports administrative preparations. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or by the date specified in your welcome letter.

2. Participant Responsibility and Medical Release

Yoga involves physical exertion which may be strenuous. It is your responsibility to consult a physician prior to your participation. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent your full participation in the course. Nirvikalp Yoga Academy is not liable for any injuries, medical expenses, or damages incurred during your stay.

3. Intellectual Property and Course Materials

All study materials, manuals, presentations, and digital content provided during your training remains the exclusive intellectual property of Nirvikalp Yoga Academy. These materials are provided for your personal and educational use only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the course materials for commercial gain.
• Digital delivery of recorded lectures or premium PDFs constitutes "used" material and cannot form the basis of a dispute once accessed.

4. Visas and Travel Insurance

Students traveling to India are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate e-Visa or Tourist Visa. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. The academy is not responsible for delayed flights or visa rejections.

5. Certification Standards

Graduation and the receipt of a Yoga Alliance recognized certificate are entirely dependent on your successful completion of the curriculum. This requires full attendance, a passing grade on the final exam, and successful demonstration in the teaching practicum. Paying for the course does not automatically guarantee certification.

6. Drugs & Alcohol

Possession or consumption of illegal drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited on academy grounds.

7. Sexual Harassment

We maintain zero tolerance for any form of harassment, inappropriate conduct, or verbal abuse toward students or staff.

8. Only Veg Food

In alignment with yogic values, only Pure Vegetarian Food is permitted. Meat, fish, and eggs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
